1. Choose your product – Custom engraving is available on selected chess sets, backgammon boards, mahjong sets, poker cases, and wooden storage boxes.

2. Tick the “Custom Engraving” box on the product page—just above the Add to Cart button.

3. Enter your engraved message – Up to 50 characters. We laser-engrave exactly as typed, so please double-check spelling and punctuation.

4. Cost: $30 AUD per nameplate.

We use high-quality brass or silver metal nameplates, cut and engraved with precision, for a finish that looks fantastic on any Customisable Board Game.

We ship all nameplates separately from the board, giving you flexibility to apply it when you’re ready.

✅ If the nameplate hasn’t been applied, our standard return and refund policy applies.
❌ Once applied, the item is considered a Customised Chess Set or Custom Backgammon Gift and becomes non-returnable.

If there’s a fault in the engraving itself (such as a spelling error from our end), we’ll replace it free of charge.
